Support Credits
We provide a fully managed service, so we'll take care of anything related to your software. BAU mode includes 20 support credits per month, which can be used for troubleshooting, maintenance, bug fixes, answering questions.
A credit is a simple measure of value - a support ticket is typically 1 credit and may include a variety of things to solve the problem, including a small code change. Bigger changes will cost more credits and we'll talk to you about this. If you need more credits, simply purchase more as your needs evolve.
Development Credits
Development credits can be used for new feature development or for changes that need more planning than a support credit.
A credit is a simple measure of value. A new app can be built in 200-500 credits. Enhancements and new features are typically 10-30 credits.
You can have as many ideas as you like and we will provide an estimate with a breakdown for your approval.
