A credit is a simple measure of value - a support ticket is typically 1 credit and may include a variety of things to solve the problem, including a small code change. Bigger changes will cost more credits and we'll talk to you about this. If you need more credits, simply purchase more as your needs evolve.
Development Credits
Development credits can be used for new feature development or for changes that need more planning than a support credit.
A credit is a simple measure of value - a development ticket may range from 1-100 credits in size. A new app might be 500 credits in total, with each module cost 100 credits. Enhancements to an existing feature may be 5 credits.
